Attorney Profiles

Meghan S. Strom focuses her practice in the areas of Estate Planning and Business law.  Meghan designs both simple and complex estate plans that are individually tailored to meet clients' goals of probate avoidance, estate tax planning, incapacity planning and harmonious family co-ownership of cabins and businesses.  Meghan assists business clients with formation of limited liability companies, corporations and nonprofit corporations.  Meghan provides ongoing representation to business clients in designing and reviewing contracts, commercial transactions and planning for business succession.  She is a member of the Stillwater Lions Club, the Washington County Bar Association and the Minnesota Bar Association.  She obtained a bachelor's degree in English Education-Communication Arts and Literature, Magna Cum Laude from Bemidji State University, and received her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in Saint Paul.  In her free time, Meghan enjoys travel, art, music and spending time at the lake.
