Timothy A. Quarberg
Timothy Quarberg practices in the areas of civil litigation, including personal injury law, debtor-creditor relations and real property law, particularly with regard to title insurance and the litigation of disputes involving real property. Tim also represents clients when it becomes necessary for them to establish a guardianship or conservatorship for a member of their family. He joined Cummins Law Office, P.A. in 2003 after having spent the early part of his legal career in Cambridge, Minnesota. Tim is a graduate of St. Olaf College, Luther Theological Seminary and Hamline University School of Law where he was a published author and editor of the Hamline Law Review. He is an adjunct faculty member in the Human Development program at St. Mary's University Graduate School in Minneapolis.
