Meghan S. Johnson
Meghan S. Johnson focuses her practice in the areas of Estate Planning and Business law. Meghan designs both simple and complex estate plans that are individually tailored to meet clients' goals of probate avoidance, estate tax planning, incapacity planning and harmonious family co-ownership of cabins and businesses. Meghan assists business clients with formation of limited liability companies, corporations and nonprofit corporations. Meghan provides ongoing representation to business clients in designing and reviewing contracts, business purchases and sales and planning for business succession.
